Inconveniences included lack of toilet paper and a faulty phone. The run-down appearance, along with cigarette butts cluttering the sidewalk, contributed to a sense of neglect.

So, like, I was super stoked about our stay! The staff was totally chill and helpful. The breakfast was pretty decent too! But, dude, the neighbors were kinda noisy and there were these weird smells wafting from next door. Definitely need to work on that, ya know? Anyway, overall it was all good!

the check-in building was very clean, which honestly set the bar way too high. however, my room was a nightmare—there were stains on the beds, and I found a roach! expected a complimentary upgrade for that inconvenience, but I guess kindness isn't included here. wow, what a lovely way to ruin my stay!

The staff was exceptionally attentive, and the large, clean rooms provided a comforting stay. I particularly appreciated how welcoming they were towards my dog, allowing us to relax without stress.

Family friendly but a bit pricey

The staff here were very nice and helpful, like really helpful. We got a great room that was big and comfy. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

It wasn’t cheap, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

i really enjoyed my stay at hospitality house union city us 51, tn motel. the big rooms were super clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. it’s close to many restaurants and stores, which made dining easy. the spa & wellness center was a perfect bonus to help me relax.
